Zoe is the Environmental Emergencies Action Researcher within Bristol+Bath Creative R+D. Through her work she's seeking to understand how we can develop accessible and creative resources to support different SMEs, micro-businesses and freelancers in their efforts and responses towards inclusive climate action.
We began the Expanded Performance Pathfinder a couple of weeks ago with our first workshop on zoom. I thought it was important to start the first workshop by returning to the theme, Expanded Performance, and I will do the same here. This is the thread that ties all of our questions and research together in a chaotic, knotty and interesting way. We’re exploring theatre, dance, live music and technology.

Creative Workforce for the Future will develop industry employment practices embracing inclusion and diversity as an asset, and nurture young talent from under-represented groups to gain the experience required to sustain a creative career. A key aspect of the programme is supporting creative SMEs to develop a more inclusive workforce and practices in the region by undertaking an intensive programme of inclusive professional development.
